  1. First off I obviously enjoyed your video. I loved the use of movement throughout the whole thing it was very fluid. The Squash and Stretch or Overlapping movement effect really shining through when the monster truck runs over the blue disk. I didn’t notice any parallel movements perhaps when the blue disk lines up with the truck at the final showdown but I think not having it hurt anything. The Weight of every tire mark leaving an impression behind which only adds to the comical Tones of the short. When I first saw the Pink ball and the Blue disk I expected the short to play out heavily on the Contrast, the one being blue the other pink, one being a disk one a ball. So it really peaked my interest when that wasn’t the case at all and you instead brought in the monster truck. What I originally thought was going to be a contrast quickly became Affinity instead and I thought that was really intriguing. I also found it really interesting that the Blue guy was a smooth type shape and you decided to use the monster truck with the more squarish shape as his adversary.

  2. The overall project you had completed was very well done. I felt as if it was very clever and simplistic. The comedic effects you added was very random and funny. I felt the overall mood was very well displayed and explained. You really nailed it; I could understand and get behind the fluid movement and frame rate. The environment pretty much was self explanatory, because it fit the characters. It had almost a Toy Story like atmosphere. The characters really were the strong point of your animation. They were very three dimensional and understandable. Your sound was quite humorous, and helped add to the overall mood you were trying got convey. The lighting was very simple, because it was not really necessary with something you were doing. The cinematography was very simple, but very fluid and easy to follow. The tension throughout the animation was very slow building but really well done. It followed the three act plot line fairly well. The brightness on the overall animation was rather low, but it didn’t really affect anything. The weight and squish and squash of the main character was really thought out and well implemented to fit his appearance. Overall keep up the awesome work man, you really did an awesome piece of work. Your creativity is really apparent in your past projects and your game design presentation. I felt as if you know how to create something in your head and put it into reality. Keep doing the awesomeness that makes you Alex.
